1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Locsanity LLC, 3740 NW 124th Ave, #101, Coral Springs, Florida ("Locsanity").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are subscribed to the Locsanity email list. Employees of Locsanity, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period. This giveaway is conducted in multiple rounds. The initial round opens Friday, June 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and closes the same day, Friday, June 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Locsanity may announce additional entry rounds, each with its own entry window and announcement date, throughout the Father's Day campaign. Entries are judged within the round in which they are submitted.
4. How to Enter.
Submit one (1) video of no more than thirty (30) seconds through the official entry form, in one of two categories:
- (a) Best BOLD Product Story — describing how Locsanity's BOLD line has worked for you, with the BOLD product(s) referenced visible on camera; or
- (b) What Makes You BOLD? — Share a story of what makes you or someone you know BOLD (no product required).
Participants must indicate their chosen category on the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be the participant's own original content and must not contain unlawful, offensive, or third-party copyrighted material.
5. Winner Selection. This is a skill-based contest. For each round, two (2) winners will be selected — one (1) from each category — based on the most compelling submission in that category, as judged by Locsanity in its sole discretion.
6. Prize. Two (2) winners — one per category — will each receive one (1) Locsanity Father's Day Gift Box paired with a BOLD bundle [approximate retail value: $57.99]. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Locsanity reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Notification. Initial-round winners will be announced Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 10 AM ET and notified by email at the address provided on the entry form. Winners must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within that time, Locsanity reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Content Usage & Compensation. By entering, each participant grants Locsanity an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and share their submitted video and any accompanying statements across Locsanity's marketing channels, including its website, email, social media, and advertising, without further notice or approval. Participants confirm their submission is original and that they hold all rights to the content they submit. If Locsanity accepts and publishes or otherwise uses a participant's video in its marketing, that participant will receive one (1) $25 Locsanity e-gift card. Compensation is limited to one (1) $25 e-gift card per creator, regardless of how many times or across how many channels the video is used.

10. Platform Release. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, Google, YouTube, or any other platform. Participants understand they are providing their information to Locsanity, not to these platforms.
11. General Conditions. Locsanity reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the fair administration of the contest. By entering, participants agree to release Locsanity from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
